How does MaskFit AR pricing work?
MaskFit AR is offered as a subscription-based platform. Self-serve access is currently available through the Starter, Basic, and Standard plans, with a Custom option for larger or more tailored deployments.
What plans are available?
MaskFit AR currently offers Starter, Basic, Standard, and Custom plans. Custom plans are intended for larger deployments, integrations, workflow customization, and tailored contract terms.
What is included in each self-serve plan?
Current self-serve pricing includes:
- Starter: $199/month, billed monthly under an annual contract, including 40 scans
- Basic: $450/month, billed monthly under an annual contract, including 100 scans
- Standard: $2,000/month, billed monthly under an annual contract, including 500 scans
Custom pricing is available for larger teams and specialized requirements.
Are overages charged if I exceed my included scan volume?
Yes. Certain plans include usage limits. If usage exceeds the included amount, additional fees may be charged at the applicable rate.
What is the difference between annual and monthly pricing?
Annual-contract pricing is billed monthly at the discounted rate. Month-to-month pricing is available at a higher monthly rate.
When am I charged?
By providing a payment method, you authorize AR Medical to charge the applicable subscription fee and any approved usage-based overages.
Can I cancel my plan?
Customers on month-to-month plans may cancel at any time through their account or by contacting support, and cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Annual-contract plans are tied to a 12-month commitment. Because the discounted rate is based on that commitment, annual-contract plans cannot be canceled early and remain in effect through the end of the contract term.
Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?
Yes. Custom plans are available for larger deployments, higher scan volumes, integrations, workflow customization, and tailored contract terms. Please contact sales for more information.
Can I use MaskFit AR without PHI?
Yes. MaskFit AR can be used without PHI. If no PHI is provided, HIPAA does not apply and no BAA is required.
What if my organization will use PHI?
If PHI will be used in the platform, the customer must comply with applicable law and accept a Business Associate Agreement before using PHI in the service.
How long does account setup usually take after payment?
Once all required information has been received, please allow up to 5 business days for us to complete your account setup. This time can also be used for team training.
Do you provide onboarding or training?
Yes. We provide training videos and can also arrange live training sessions for your team.
