How does MaskFit AR pricing work?
MaskFit AR is offered as a subscription with a set number of included scans per month. Each plan includes platform access, support, and features based on your tier. If you exceed your included scans, additional usage is billed at a per-scan rate.
What plans are available?
We offer three self-service plans—Starter, Basic, and Standard—designed to support teams at different stages of adoption. For larger organizations or advanced needs, we also offer Custom enterprise plans.
What is included in each self-serve plan?
All plans include access to the MaskFit AR platform, onboarding support, and core features such as facial scanning, fit-checking, virtual try-on, workflow tools, and reporting. Higher-tier plans include greater scan capacity, lower per-scan pricing, and enhanced support for scaling across teams and locations.
Are overages charged if I exceed my included scan volume?
Yes. If you exceed your included scans, overage usage is invoiced at the applicable per-scan rate. You’ll have 5 days to review the invoice, and if no issues are raised, the amount will be automatically charged to your payment method on file.
What is the difference between annual and monthly pricing?
Annual plans offer discounted pricing and are billed monthly over a 12-month commitment. Month-to-month plans are more flexible but priced at a higher monthly rate.
When am I charged?
Your subscription is billed monthly. Any overage charges are invoiced separately and charged after a 5-day review period.
Can I cancel my plan?
Yes. You can cancel your plan at any time. For annual contracts, cancellation takes effect at the end of the contract term. Month-to-month plans can be cancelled before the next billing cycle by contacting support.
Do you offer custom or enterprise pricing?
Yes. Our Custom plans are designed for large-scale deployments, multi-location organizations, and advanced workflow integrations. Contact our team to scope a plan tailored to your needs.
Can I use MaskFit AR without PHI?
Yes. MaskFit AR can be used without collecting or storing protected health information (PHI), depending on your workflow configuration.
What if my organization will use PHI?
If your organization handles PHI, we offer configurations and agreements (such as BAA support, if applicable) to ensure compliance with healthcare privacy requirements. Contact us to discuss your specific needs.
How long does account setup usually take after payment?
Most accounts are set up within 1–2 business days. Larger or custom deployments may take longer depending on integration and onboarding requirements.
Do you provide onboarding or training?
Yes. All plans include onboarding support. Higher-tier and custom plans include more hands-on training, workflow optimization, and ongoing support to ensure successful adoption.
