Michael DeLoach began his career in medical equipment in 2003, founding a DME company after completing a dual major in marketing and management with a minor in Computer Information Systems. With more than 20 years of experience in respiratory-based services, medical device distribution, and healthcare operations, he brings a unique blend of regulatory, operational, and technology expertise to MaskFit AR.
In 2023, he was appointed President of AR Medical Technologies Inc. to guide the company through its next stage of growth. As the platform gained adoption within a traditionally cautious healthcare environment, he focused on strengthening system architecture, formalizing compliance frameworks, and advancing the company to meet rigorous global regulatory and operational standards.
